• Housekeeper Responsibilities

• * Ensure the cleanliness and proper sanitation of all resident apartments and common areas of the community. 
• * Duties could include dusting and polishing furniture; washing and disinfecting all countertops and sink areas; mopping and disinfecting bathrooms and floors; and vacuuming all carpeted areas.
• * Perform detailed cleaning of residents’ homes and prepare empty rooms for move-ins.
• * Responsible for the laundering of linens, draperies, and resident personal clothing within the assigned area of service.
• * Performs detailed cleaning assignments as directed.
• * Delivers clean personal items to the appropriate resident.
• * Other duties as assigned.
