I run a fast-growing lead generation company working with home service businesses in the U.S. I’m looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to own client communication, onboarding, and ongoing support. This role is client-facing and requires strong English, confidence on calls, and great relationship skills. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients after they sign up. Pays $1,500 to $2,000 USD Monthly What you’ll do -Communicate with clients via text, email, and calls - Ask clients for referrals and testimonials -Run onboarding / kickoff calls -Handle day-to-day questions and issues -Keep clients happy and informed Requirements -Strong spoken and written English -Comfortable on calls with U.S. clients -Client success / account management experience preferred
