  • We’re looking for a Head of Growth / Marketing to own and scale our clients' end-to-end growth strategy. This role is highly strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, creative strategy, and brand growth—and knows how to turn data into action.
  • You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing paid media and sponsorships, and aligning marketing initiatives with the broader product and company direction. This is a leadership role with direct impact on revenue and brand expansion.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Growth & Performance Marketing
  • Own and manage paid advertising efforts, with a strong focus on Facebook/Meta Ads.
  • Ideate, test, and scale high-performing ad concepts across channels.
  • Ensure a consistent pipeline of creative assets for ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Manage ad accounts, budgets, and performance optimization.
  • Brand & Partnerships
  • Manage brand sponsorships and YouTube long-form review partnerships.
  • Identify, negotiate, and oversee influencer and creator collaborations.
  • Ensure brand messaging and positioning are consistent across paid and organic channels.
  • Strategy & Alignment
  • Align marketing strategy with product roadmap and overall company objectives.
  • Translate business goals into clear acquisition, retention, and brand growth plans.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy based on insights and trends.
  • Team & Operations
  • Manage and coordinate virtual assistants supporting marketing execution.
  • Oversee influencer outreach workflows and ensure timely execution.
  • Build scalable systems and processes to support growth.
  • Proven experience leading growth or marketing for DTC or consumer brands for over 4-5 years
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, particularly in male-focused products (travel, luggage, lifestyle, or similar categories).
  • Deep expertise in Facebook/Meta advertising, from creative strategy to optimization.
  • Experience managing influencers, sponsorships, and content-driven growth channels.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing performance to revenue.

  • Base salary: USD $2,500 – $3,500/month
  • Performance-based bonuses, such as ROAS-based incentives or profit-sharing
