We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads strategist to take over and optimize an existing campaign for Rephraser AI, and to design, launch, and execute new campaigns for three additional Zendesk Marketplace apps: • Rephraser AI (existing campaigns) • Translator AI • Responder AI • Resolver AI Product details: https://www.mycxapps.com All products are B2B SaaS apps listed on the Zendesk Marketplace. What Success Looks Like Your primary objective is to drive qualified sign-ups and revenue, measured through: • Click-through rate (CTR) • Conversion quality (trial installs / sign-ups) • Cost-effective acquisition as spend scales We are results-driven and will increase budget quickly once we see traction. Scope of Work • Audit and improve existing Google Ads campaign (Rephraser AI) • Design campaign strategy, structure, and messaging for 3 new apps • Keyword research, ad copy, extensions, bidding strategy • Conversion tracking setup & validation • Ongoing optimization and experimentation Technical Requirements You must be proficient with: • Google Ads (Search primarily; Display/Performance Max optional) • Google Tag Manager (GTM) • GA4 • Conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analysis • B2B SaaS / product-led growth campaigns (strong preference) Zendesk Marketplace experience is a plus but not required. Engagement Model • Start with a paid trial (audit + initial setup) • Initial ad spend: less than $1,000/month • Budget will increase rapidly based on performance and signal quality • Long-term engagement possible for the right partner Who You Are • You think in terms of business outcomes, not just clicks • You can explain why you’re making campaign decisions • You’re comfortable owning setup, execution, and optimization end-to-end • You’ve managed real budgets with real results (case studies welcome) To Apply Please include: 1.
