We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel specialist to help streamline and optimize our real estate wholesaling operations. Our business already has the basic setup completed — calendars, email domain, SMS registration, and CRM structure — but we need an expert to refine it, build advanced workflows, and ensure everything runs efficiently and consistently. Your Role Includes: • Improving and organizing our current GoHighLevel setup • Building automation workflows for lead intake, follow-up, nurture sequences, and call/SMS triggers • Creating and optimizing pipelines for motivated sellers • Ensuring SMS and email deliverability + compliance • Setting up templates for conversations, missed-call automations, and follow-up logic • Monitoring, maintaining, and continuously improving system performance What We’re Looking For: • Deep GoHighLevel experience (automation + CRM logic) • Experience working with real estate investors or wholesalers (preferred but not required) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to think strategically and help us structure a predictable lead-flow system Important: This position begins with a short paid trial period to confirm skill level and communication. If everything goes well, this becomes a long-term part-time role with consistent weekly work. We are NOT looking for a general VA — we are looking for someone who truly understands GoHighLevel and can help us operate like a top-performing wholesaling company.
