Job Description: Job Summary The individual manages COD Exceptions and assists with some COD internal inquiries. Process of Exceptions, research and process of pending items. The COD group works collaboratively to ensure that all COD tasks (Inbound/Outbound Mail, Mail Prep, Sorting, Processing, COD Exceptions, and Banking) are completed timely. Responsibilities: Answer inquiries related to COD’s and Tracers. Follow up with internal and external customers as needed. Contact customers for missing information and/or provide additional details on the resolution. Work with internal UPS functions and external customers to resolve issues. The workload must be prioritized to ensure issues are addressed on a timely basis. Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Careers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, and Excel Experience in Finance & Accounting (6 months) - Preferred.
