We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a full-time SEO Specialist to join our team. The role involves maintaining and optimizing SEO for multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent performance and growth. Responsibilities: Conduct regular SEO audits and implement improvements. On-page SEO: meta tags, internal linking, content structure optimization. Technical SEO: indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps, redirects. Off-page SEO: backlink monitoring, outreach, link-building strategies. Local SEO: Google Business Profile optimization, citations, reviews. Weekly and monthly reporting (traffic, rankings, conversions, CTR). Collaborate with the internal team (designers, content writers, media buyers). Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical). Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4). Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms. Understanding of Local SEO & International SEO. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proactive and detail-oriented.
