Job Title Full-Time Marketing + Founder Operations Assistant (Hybrid) Overview I’m hiring a full-time, long-term team member to support a growing business. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on marketing execution with founder operations / virtual assistant support. I’m an involved founder and can provide clear direction, systems, and priorities. What I need is a reliable operator who can run the machine day-to-day, keep projects organized, and ship real output every week. This role is a fit for someone who is high-agency, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. What you’ll do 1) Marketing execution (core) Content + SEO operations Run an SEO content pipeline end-to-end: topic list → brief/outlines → draft/edit → publish → internal linking → refresh/update Upload and format posts/pages in WordPress (and occasionally other platforms) Basic on-page SEO: titles/meta, headings, alt text, internal links, sitemap hygiene (as needed) Maintain a simple content calendar and backlog Social media execution Turn content into social posts (hooks, captions, basic creatives) Maintain a posting cadence with a scheduler (Buffer/Later/Hootsuite/etc.) Light community management as needed (basic replies/routing) Email marketing support Help set up and run basic email campaigns and nurture sequences Maintain list hygiene and simple reporting Tools may include Mailchimp/Klaviyo/ActiveCampaign/HubSpot, etc. (you don’t need all of them, but you should be comfortable learning) Light paid / growth support (optional but valuable) Assist with campaign setup, creative coordination, and weekly reporting Comfort with UTMs and basic measurement is a plus You do not need to be a full-time paid ads expert, but you should be able to support execution and organization Reporting and dashboards (lightweight) Maintain a weekly “vitals” view: traffic, conversions, email performance, content production, social cadence Simple dashboards in Sheets or Looker Studio are a plus (GA4/Search Console familiarity is a bonus) 2) Founder operations / VA (core) Research: vendors, creators, tools, competitor scans, quick comparisons Scheduling/bookings, including occasional personal tasks (e.g., dinner reservations, appointments) Follow-ups and coordination (keeping people/tasks moving) Maintain trackers and project boards (Notion/ClickUp/Trello/Sheets) Document processes and keep things organized so nothing gets dropped What success looks like You ship tangible work every week (links, drafts, posts, campaigns, trackers updated) You communicate clearly and consistently (short updates, flag blockers early) You can take a goal and move it forward with minimal supervision by asking the right questions You keep systems tidy: calendars, pipelines, files, and checklists You take tasks and items off my plate across professional and personal life. Requirements Available full-time (40 hrs/week) Strong written English and professional communication Reliable and responsive during an agreed daily window High attention to detail and strong follow-through Able to learn tools quickly and work independently Comfortable with content publishing + social scheduling + basic email marketing Comfortable with research, coordination, and admin/VA tasks Preferred (nice to have) WordPress experience (posting, formatting, basic troubleshooting) SEO tooling: SEMrush/Ahrefs + Google Search Console GA4 familiarity, UTMs, simple dashboards (Sheets/Looker Studio) Canva skills and an eye for clean design/layout Influencer/affiliate outreach experience Comfortable supporting light paid ads workflows (Meta/Google) and reporting Working style / communication I value communication, clarity, reliability, and momentum.
