What this role is all about This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and administrative processes within a dynamic environment. The intern will assist with operational accounting tasks and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the department while gaining valuable industry knowledge. What you’ll do Organize and maintain financial records, invoices, and other documentation, providing and organizing information to our local accountants. Assist in preparing, sorting, and filing accounting and administrative documents (digital). Provide updated company information, including general information, financial, tax and legal documents in the region. Complete the government surveys applicable in the region. Coordinate the insurance commercial policies issuing. Support collecting withholding certificates with customers and vendors. Support the management of requests received from other stakeholders. Support the team members to reconciliation in AR and AP accounts. What makes you a strong fit Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and systems.
