Seeking a senior financial professional to lead the financial operations of a dental office. This role manages bookkeeping, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, audits, and compliance. You will act as the controller. You will build financial systems, maintain accurate books, create forecasts, and support strategic planning. You will also help prepare the financial structure for a new surgery center. Strong QuickBooks Online skills are required. Precision and accountability are essential. Important: this is a 10-15 hour/week position, but it will be a SET time of your choosing. In other words, you will have a schedule but you choose your schedule, based upon my time zone (CST), so we can have meetings and direct communication. I will be hiring for long-term fit. If this goes well and we have chemistry, we will consider a full time position down the line if desired, which you will the manage 5-6 entities as the Director of Finance. Do not apply if you are an agency or a fractional CFO firm. Do not apply if you are new to bookkeeping. This position is for an expert who wants stability and long term growth.
