Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute events from inception to completion, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and technology setup.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
  • Create and present proposals to clients, effectively demonstrating the value of services offered.
  • Market and promote events using various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback to improve future events and services.
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator with a strong background in sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in event management software and CRM systems.
