Actualmente, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Ejecutivo/a Comercial B2B para nuestra operación ubicada en Cali, Valle del Cauca (zona suroccidente). Responsabilidades principales: Liderar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial y de mercadeo, asegurando crecimiento, rentabilidad y participación de mercado. Realizar seguimiento a cuentas asignadas, garantizando ventas y fidelización. Prospectar nuevos clientes y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio en el sector industrial y medicinal. Implementar campañas de incremento de precios y recuperación de cartera. Expandir el portafolio de productos, optimizando la rentabilidad en gases industriales y medicinales. Analizar resultados mensuales y gestionar indicadores de desempeño. Dar soporte en reclamos y garantizar cumplimiento de estándares SHEQ. Requisitos: Formación: Profesional, idealmente Ingeniero, con experiencia en el sector comercial, industrial o medicinal. Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en ventas B2B. Conocimientos: SAP (básico), Excel (básico), QlikSense. Estrategias comerciales y gestión de cartera. Habilidades: Orientación a resultados y negociación efectiva. Proactividad, liderazgo comercial y comunicación asertiva. Disponibilidad para viajes locales y nacionales (aprox. 30%).
