Ecommerce Growth Manager (Freelance) – Shopify / US Market We are a family-owned specialty coffee company with operations in Colombia and the United States. We grow, process, roast, and sell our own coffee directly from the farm. We already have: Two Shopify stores (US and Colombia) Strong brand credibility and storytelling High-quality content and visuals already created Several years of Shopify data and existing customers What we need now is a structured ecommerce growth system — not just posts or ads. ROLE PURPOSE We are looking for an Ecommerce Growth Manager to take ownership of our Shopify US store and build a consistent, revenue-driven sales system for roasted coffee. This is not a social media role. This is not a content creation role. This role focuses on growth, conversion, retention, and revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES Audit and optimize our Shopify US store Improve product pages, checkout flow, and trust elements Work with a focused catalog of 5 core coffee products Improve conversion rate (CR), average order value (AOV), and repeat purchase rate Set up essential email flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, retention) Run controlled paid traffic tests (Meta and Google) Review performance weekly and adjust based on data SUCCESS METRICS Conversion rate Monthly online revenue (US store) Repeat purchase rate Average order value Customer acquisition cost We care about results, not activity. COMPENSATION AND STRUCTURE This is a freelance, performance-driven engagement: Monthly base retainer Performance-based component tied directly to ecommerce growth Initial collaboration is a 90-day trial, with the possibility of a longer-term relationship if results are strong. When the store grows, you grow.
