Detail Drawing of Septic Tank to IPC for Urban Lot in Bogota Area - I need a construction-ready drawing for a septic tank. It serves a rear building addition of 120 m2 which includes a mixed-use bathroom, coffee room, 2 offices, and a conference room for 8 people. The overall lot is 19m (street access) by 40m deep. We have no practical or cost-effective access to the municipal sanitary main. There is a small grass yard at the rear of area 18m x 8m. I need a detail drawing of the septic tank (plan and section) drawn to IPC. I have a very simple plan in pdf from my architect showing the area available in this tight space. The municipality is not requiring a permit. We simply want it built to good standards (ie. IPC) to avoid future retrofits or potential municipal fines in the future. I will attach the detail drawing to the contract that I will have bid locally. I need one plan drawing and one section drawing showing: materials, dimenions, tank layout, overflow system, and pipe inlets/outlets, and tank volumes suitable to the load. I do not need a detail drawing of the drainage trench. The tank drawing is key to avoid contractor shortcuts. Please draw up a title block similar to my architect’s format. I prefer to have a second copy of the plans labelled in Spanish. If I don’t find a provider who speaks Spanish fluently, I will translate it myself. Looking forward to viewing proposals.
