We are a security and concierge company based in Los Angeles and need a detail-oriented assistant to review our daily site reports and flag discrepancies. Your tasks: - Review daily activity reports submitted by our guards and concierge staff - Compare each report to a checklist for each site (we provide this) - Identify missing information, missed tasks, incorrect entries, or inconsistencies - Create a short daily summary of all discrepancies - Send the summary in our Signal group chat Must deliver the report by 1 PM Pacific Time every day Requirements: - Excellent written English - Strong attention to detail - Comfortable following SOPs and checklists - Reliable, consistent, able to work daily - Experience in QA, admin review, or operations support is a plus Workload: About 1 hour per day, 7 days per week. Long term. Ideal candidates: Located in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or the Philippines. Must be available to meet the daily 1 PM PT deadline.
