- This position will be responsible for the analysis and execution of warranty requests for complete equipment’s and spare parts with LATAM scope.
- This position will oversee processing requisitions and Sales Orders for internal purchases, as well as the creation of SOR for international purchases and CPQ tracking for US purchases.
- This position will be responsible for overseeing and tracking equipment shipments to either local Vertiv warehouses or authorized Service Partner warehouses.
- This position will manage the warranty accounting accounts and respond to audit requests from the finance team.
REQUIREMENTS
- • High school Degree (at least)
- • Preferable with Customer Service Trainings.
- Experience handling customer experience issues and resolutions.
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service related to technology.
- • At least 2 years of experience in back-office environment and telephone systems.
- • Advanced/fluent English
- • Familiar with call center KPIs
- • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- • Advanced Oracle, CPQ, Vertiv Web.
- • Data management and case documentation on Vertiv platforms.
