  • This position will be responsible for the analysis and execution of warranty requests for complete equipment’s and spare parts with LATAM scope.
  • This position will oversee processing requisitions and Sales Orders for internal purchases, as well as the creation of SOR for international purchases and CPQ tracking for US purchases.
  • This position will be responsible for overseeing and tracking equipment shipments to either local Vertiv warehouses or authorized Service Partner warehouses.
  • This position will manage the warranty accounting accounts and respond to audit requests from the finance team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • • High school Degree (at least)
  • • Preferable with Customer Service Trainings.
  • Experience handling customer experience issues and resolutions.
  • • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service related to technology.
  • • At least 2 years of experience in back-office environment and telephone systems.
  • • Advanced/fluent English
  • • Familiar with call center KPIs
  • • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  • • Advanced Oracle, CPQ, Vertiv Web.
  • • Data management and case documentation on Vertiv platforms.
