- About the Opportunity
- Our client, a leader in the e-commerce landscape focused on delivering high-quality products, is seeking an experienced CRO & E-Commerce Optimization Manager to take charge of their online store’s performance. This pivotal role will focus on optimizing the customer journey, improving conversion rates, and implementing strategies that enhance overall e-commerce success.
- This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a deep understanding of e-commerce analytics, customer behavior, and conversion optimization methodologies.
- Responsibilities
- ● Maintain, update, and QA product pages, landing pages, navigation, bundles, and onsite merchandising to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- ● Improve onsite content quality using SEO hygiene, metadata updates, internal linking, and CMS organization.
- ● Adapt and refine landing pages for paid media with strong attention to speed, mobile experience, and reliable tracking.
- ● Maintain weekly tracking sheets and report clearly on core funnel metrics and performance trends.
- ● Verify analytics, pixel setup, UTMs, and key integrations across new launches and site changes.
- ● Should have 3–4 years in Shopify site management, eCommerce CRO optimization.
- ● Experience in the health and wellness or consumer goods sector.
- ● Should possess deep experience with Shopify theme editing, CMS work, metafields, templates, and subscription funnel UX.
- ● Experienced in A/B testing using common experimentation platforms.
- ● Demonstrate strong knowledge of GA4 and ecommerce funnel performance analysis.
- ● Demonstrate familiarity with SEO principles including metadata, schema, alt tags, and internal linking.
- ● Show strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting.
- ● Possess ability to lightly edit HTML and CSS with familiarity in Liquid.
- ● Proficient in Shopify and related tools for onsite updates, optimization, and QA.
- ● Proficient in CRO and analytics tools such as testing platforms, behavior analytics, and tracking systems.
- ● Demonstrate familiarity with lifecycle tools including email/SMS platforms and onsite forms.
- ● Demonstrate ability to work with UTMs, pixel tracking, and session replay tools.
- ● Proficient in Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
- Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing software (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Understanding of customer acquisition strategies and retention methodologies.
- Experience working with Digioh
- Monthly pay: USD $1,500 – $2,000 (based on experience and performance).
