Part-Time Intake Specialist (Evenings & Weekends) Law Offices of Karthik Krishnan Hourly Position Join our dynamic legal team as a Part-Time Intake Specialist at the Law Offices of Karthik Krishnan. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in client-facing work and is available evenings and weekends. Our clients are individuals facing criminal charges and often experiencing crisis situations. Compassionate, calm, and effective communication is essential to success in this role. You will be a key point of contact, responsible for managing leads and guiding potential clients through the intake process with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities Lead Management Utilize Legal Funnel and CRM systems to manage and track all leads, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups. Warm Lead Calling Make outbound calls to previously interested leads to schedule free evaluations. Email Management Respond promptly and professionally to emails received in the firm’s general inbox, providing accurate information and assistance. Intake Evaluation Calls Conduct intake interviews to gather essential information, assess client needs, and determine whether: A direct contract can be offered, or A more in-depth strategy session with the attorney is required. Appointment Scheduling Schedule consultations and strategy sessions (in-person, phone, or video). Follow-Up Proactively follow up with potential clients after intake calls to answer questions and move them forward in the process. Social Media Engagement Monitor and respond to messages and comments on the firm’s social media platforms in a professional and timely manner. Requirements Bilingual Fluency (Required) Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Availability Must be available to work part-time evening and weekend hours. Legal Intake Experience Prior experience with legal intake, lead management, and CRM systems—criminal defense experience strongly preferred. Sales & Appointment-Setting Experience Experience in sales, intake conversion, or appointment setting is highly desirable. Excellent Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic demeanor. Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail High level of accuracy in documenting client information and tracking interactions.
