We're a small, fast-moving team looking for a content creator to help build our presence across social and community channels. The Role You'll create content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok while helping coordinate online events like office hours and customer showcases. This is a hands-on role—you'll ideate, produce, publish, and iterate daily. What You'll Do - Create and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok (short-form, long-form, everything in between) - Help plan and coordinate online events including weekly office hours and customer showcases - Experiment with formats, trends, and tools to find what resonates - Leverage AI tools and modern production software to maximize output - Track performance, learn fast, and double down on what works What We're Looking For - 2-3 years of experience as a hands-on content creator - Fluent English (written and spoken), this is non-negotiable - Based in Central or South America with reliable internet and availability during US business hours (Pacific Time) - Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok - Comfortable moving fast, experimenting, and iterating without heavy direction - You bring positive energy and are genuinely fun to work with-culture matters to us What We Offer - Competitive pay for your region - Long-term, full-time engagement with a growing startup - Work directly with the CEO and shape how we show up in the world - Room to grow as the company grows
