Key Property Solutions is a growing real estate investment company actively hiring for a full-time **Cold Caller + Lead Manager**. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for growth into higher roles (lead manager, dispo, acquisitions, etc.). This role starts with outbound cold calling and progresses into lead management once consistency and production are demonstrated. 🧠 **Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to homeowners using a multi-line dialer - Qualify sellers using our proven 4-pillar script - Log and manage leads inside our CRM - Conduct daily follow-up calls with warm and cold leads - Attend weekly Zoom meetings for coaching, KPI review, and updates 🕐 **Schedule:** - Full-time: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday - Working hours: **U.S. Eastern Time (9 AM – 6 PM EST)** - Schedule includes 50-minute call blocks with 10-minute hourly breaks - 1-hour lunch break included 💵 **Compensation:** - Starting pay: **$4/hour USD** - **Commission** for every deal you help close - Weekly payments via Upwork - Performance-based raises and growth opportunities 📣 **Requirements:** - Clear English (3.5–4.5 out of 5 fluency) - Confident, conversational, and professional voice - Reliable internet + quiet work environment - Sales or cold calling experience preferred - CRM or dialer experience (REI Sift, GoHighLevel, Mojo, etc.) is a bonus - Must be comfortable working independently and hitting KPIs 🎙️ **Application Requirements:** 1.
