- As a leader of the HSA Sub Region sales team, you will help get results for our corporate segment by delivering innovative and effective solutions that support all lines of solutions.
- You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, Andean Region and be the manager commercial leaders.
- This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from Aon's office in Bogota, Colombia.
You will support the achievement of the team's objectives through
- -Lead the Local Market Growth and Planning process for the Corporate Segment (medium and large companies) in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru through short, medium and long term actions and plans.
- -Define and lead commercial strategies to position the Aon brand, to communicate value propositions and relevant products and solutions to clients and prospects in corporate and vertical industry segments.
- -Provide guidelines that support the fulfillment of the sales budget in charge, with an efficient level of profitability.
- -Responsible for the continuous development of the value proposition of the industry verticals and coordinates the implementation of go-to-market strategies, ensuring the adoption of the strategy and promotes its implementation in the Andean sub-region.
- -Identify, develop and cultivate external demand for Aon's offerings and position the company to win clients requiring complex work in the corporate segments.
- -Execute and develop a pipeline of opportunities in the corporate segment, with full responsibility for converting those prospects into clients.
- -Develop opportunities by demonstrating knowledge in risk, insurance, consulting expertise and ability to help solve client problems in design and benefits administration.
- -Actively participate on the regional "Growth and Innovation" committee, articulating the knowledge and ideas of representatives to enhance potential revenue impact.
- -Develop and implement cross solution line initiatives to better serve customers and prospects.
- Lead, in conjunction with the People function, training programs for sales teams related to Industry, Client IQ and Salesforce efficiency.
- -Analyze and propose alternative compensation schemes that encourage growth in driven spaces or priority industries.
- Skills and experience that will lead to success
- -Studies: Professional graduate in administrative careers, preferably with specialization in related subjects.
- -Advanced English.
- -Experience in team leadership and building culture.
- -Experience and 10 years of knowledge in all company offerings and capabilities, along with a deep understanding of regional and segment specific complexities.
- -Build long term relationships, at the different and highest levels of the company, oriented to strategy and growth planning in the segment.
