ABOUT US: We are 100 Percent Financed, a U.S.-based real estate investment company helping clients acquire multifamily properties through our MAP (Multi-Unit Acquisition Program). We manage clients through 5 phases: Funding & Lender Prep Market Selection Deal Acquisition Due Diligence Rehab & Asset Management Oversight We are growing rapidly and need a strong MAP Coach who can coordinate client progress, manage deadlines, communicate with vendors, and follow strict SOPs. This position is LONG-TERM with growth opportunities. ROLE OVERVIEW: Full-Time | Remote | EST Overlap Required Multifamily Done For You (MDFY) helps investors acquire cash-flowing multifamily properties using a proven, step-by-step acquisition system called MAP (Multi-Unit Acquisition Program). We are expanding and seeking a high-ownership, detail-driven MAP Coach to guide clients through Phases 1–6 of the MAP process. This is NOT a sales role and NOT purely coaching. This is client success + deal execution. ⭐ Your Mission Help clients successfully move through: Mortgage pre-approval Deal sourcing Due diligence Negotiations Closing Rehab & rent-up (optional phases) You ensure clients stay accountable, stay moving, and stay supported. You are the “case manager” + “project manager” for their investment journey. ⭐ Key Responsibilities Client Success Daily communication with clients (SMS/email/calls) Ensure no client goes 3+ days without meaningful touch Calm anxious clients, keep them motivated, address fears Run scheduled weekly or bi-weekly check-ins Deal Execution Work closely with lenders, inspectors, contractors, agents, and property managers Ensure all documents (MSA, intake, mortgage docs) are submitted on time Follow strict SOPs for Phase 1 → Phase 6 workflows Keep deals on track and escalate proactively Accountability & Enforcement Ensure clients complete their tasks Ensure vendors deliver on time Ensure timelines are never missed without proactive communication Tools GoHighLevel (GHL CRM) Trello Google Sheets SMS, email, phone support (Training provided) ⭐ Who Thrives Here You are a DRIVER — you get things done quickly You HATE dropping balls You enjoy following checklists, SOPs, and timelines You love project management You can handle 25–40 clients and keep every file organized You are emotionally strong, patient, and a clear communicator You want to grow into a Senior Coach or Team Lead role ⭐ Required Experience 2+ years in ANY of the following: Client success Real estate coordination Property management Transaction coordination Loan processing Leasing coordination Strong English verbal skills EST availability Fast execution Proven track record of meeting deadlines ⭐ Compensation Base monthly salary Performance bonuses based on: Client progress File completion KPIs (responsiveness, timelines, deal flow milestones) ⭐ How to Apply Send: Resume A 1-minute Loom video answering: Why are you a strong match for MAP Coach?
