  • We are seeking an energetic individual who is passionate about working on technology transformation programs and managing multi-million dollar change management and communication initiatives for global technology applications.
  • As a Change Management Consultant at Tomorrow by TeamWork, you will lead efforts related to impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communication development. These efforts will support ongoing business needs, as well as numerous technology transformation programs.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Change Strategy & Planning
  • Develop, maintain, and execute an integrated change management strategy aligned with project timelines and organizational objectives.
  • Partner with project management and functional leads to ensure change activities are embedded into the overall project plan.
  • Continuously adapt the change approach as project scope, milestones, or risks evolve.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Risk Management
  • Identify and analyze impacted stakeholder groups and key influencers.
  • Build and maintain a stakeholder map and assess change-related risks.
  • Develop targeted engagement and mitigation plans to address resistance and adoption risks.
  • Participate in governance, steering, and project meetings to surface and address change impacts and concerns.
  • Change Impact Assessment
  • Lead or facilitate change impact assessments across people, processes, and systems.
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to validate and document impacts.
  • Ensure change impacts are clearly communicated and inform training and communication plans.
  • Communications
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy, including audience segmentation, key messages, channels, and cadence.
  • Create and tailor communication materials such as emails, talking points, newsletters, FAQs, and project updates.
  • Ensure consistent, clear, and timely messaging throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Training Strategy, Materials & Delivery Support
  • Partner with business and training teams to define the overall training approach and delivery plan.
  • Develop and maintain training materials (e.g., job aids, quick reference guides, facilitator guides, presentations, FAQs, micro-learning content).
  • Support and/or co-deliver end-user training sessions, including Train-the-Trainer support and coaching for facilitators.
  • Coordinate training logistics with project and business teams (audiences, schedule, attendance tracking, feedback collection).
  • Ensure training content aligns to documented change impacts, new processes, and system workflows.
  • Gather learner feedback and iterate training materials to improve effectiveness and adoption.
  • Readiness & Adoption Measurement
  • Design and facilitate change readiness assessments and stakeholder interviews at key milestones (e.g., mid-project, pre-go-live).
  • Analyze feedback to assess adoption readiness and recommend actions.
  • Conduct post-go-live check-ins to evaluate early adoption and identify gaps requiring follow-up support.
  • Go-Live & Post-Go-Live Support
  • Provide increased change management support during go-live and stabilization periods.
  • Partner with business leaders to reinforce adoption, address issues, and sustain new ways of working.
  • Lessons Learned & Continuous Improvement
  • Facilitate post-implementation lessons learned sessions.
  • Document insights, successes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen future change initiatives.
  • Qualifications
  • Advanced English
  • 7+ years proven experience in change management for large-scale technology transformations and system implementations (Epicor ERP experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to support change initiatives tied to Epicor deployments and/or Epicor process adoption across impacted business functions.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or similar).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience creating training materials and supporting/co-delivering end-user training (Train-the-Trainer and/or direct delivery).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a dynamic project environment
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience supporting Epicor ERP rollout, optimization, or upgrades.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated environments.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
