We want to start producing around 100 videos per day, all following a very simple and repetitive structure. I need someone who can tell me: • what parts of the process can be automated, • what AI tools we can use, • and what must still be done manually. Our videos follow two main formats: Roleplay-style videos using an image/loop as the background, AI voiceover, and two subtitle versions (one with the AI voice and one without, for English/Conversation practice). Videos with a viral hook, followed by text or AI voiceover explaining context or giving an opinion. Everything is generated from AI scripts, so if you know a way to automate script creation with ChatGPT (or through integrations like Zapier/Make), that would be great as well. We’re basically looking for someone who can help us design the most efficient workflow possible so my team can produce these videos very quickly and consistently.
