  • We’re looking for a Business Process Engineer to design, build, and optimize BPA solutions in ProcessMaker that improve operations for our customers. You’ll combine technical skills, and workflow design with a focus on delivering measurable results - streamlining processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring reliable, high-quality delivery.

  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, delivering measurable operational improvements for clients.
  • Configure workflows, forms, and robust integrations with external systems using technologies like HTTP REST APIs and SOAP/XML that align with client business goals.
  • Test solutions thoroughly (manual + automation) to ensure production reliability.
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads, Project Managers, and clients to refine requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize customer impact.
  • Recommend product and process improvements based on customer feedback.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (or in progress).

  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Front-end development experience (CSS) a plus.
  • Success Looks Like
  • Clients see measurable improvements in efficiency and process quality.
  • All solutions meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Bugs and issues are identified and resolved before go-live.
