What this role is all about Stay updated on product and feature releases, and regularly analyze your field to stay updated on regional developments, geopolitical factors, and competitor actions. Monitor active clients and suppliers for any deviations or potential disruptions. Maintain a comprehensive technical and commercial understanding of products, solutions, and key performance metrics, and develop predictive models to forecast future performance. Collect and document all relevant business and general technical information for large customer and supplier deals within your designated area. What you’ll do Business Process Optimization Identify and act on opportunities for optimizing and automating internal processes. Core Business Analytics Actively use internal tools to gather information and turn it into insights. Advise on data hygiene processes and understand how data is collected and affected by production changes. Monitor and support quality of service by researching new suppliers for better profitability and quality, staying aware of market changes, and generating business insights to drive growth. Suggest optimal business models with customers (supplier, client, partner) based on internal analysis. Participate in specialized and strategic project teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Proactively analyze revenue and churn to achieve regional and departmental OKRs. Data Driven Decision Making Calculate market potential and profitability from initial project stages, working to improve monetization. Support risk and multi-scenario analysis, and prepare ROI models for pricing approvals or low-level commitments. Support approving pricing strategies, business models, special deals, and custom pricing analyses to maximize profitability. Education & Enablement Educate new team members and participate in onboarding, supporting enablement sessions within the team, division, and beyond when needed. Profitability Optimization Analyze and react based on Profit and Loss reports (group, product, market, region, etc.), suggesting actions and plans to improve profitability. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders, maintaining efficient communication, sharing practices, and suggesting operational improvements. Proactively promote the PM department to various stakeholders. Strategy Execution Follow the defined regional strategy covering products, channels, and suppliers from both customer and supplier perspectives. Maintain high-level oversight and understanding of key performance metrics, profitability, and industry trends. Understand and apply internal processes and practices (e.g., pricing, customer lifecycle) and department/company policies. Understand and advocate for the execution of the company's strategy and goals, focusing on profitability. Facilitate qualitative discussions on company strategy with a focus on supporting profitability for specific products or regions, including evaluating features and market positioning.
