  • Position Summary
  • Our client is U.S. consumer goods brand that makes a portable, on-the-go oral care product. They seeking a highly capable Brand & Growth Operator to drive seamless execution across product launches, supply chain coordination, Amazon optimization, creative workflows, and internal operational systems. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that strategic initiatives move efficiently from concept to execution without bottlenecks. You will work directly with the founder, collaborating cross-functionally to maintain momentum, anticipate risks, and deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Product & Growth Execution
  • Lead and manage product launches from concept to full rollout.
  • Oversee Amazon storefronts, including listings, content optimization, keyword strategy, and conversion improvements.
  • Perform weekly reporting, KPI monitoring, and performance insights to guide decision-making.
  • Operational Management
  • Coordinate supply chain activities, including inventory planning, forecasting, and vendor communication.
  • Build and improve internal processes, workflows, SOPs, and checklists to support efficient operations.
  • Identify operational risks early and escalate when needed to avoid delays or disruptions.
  • Ensure deadlines are consistently met, keeping all workstreams aligned.
  • Creative & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Manage designers, editors, and creative partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Maintain structured timelines and hold teams accountable.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on high-priority tasks and strategic projects.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in CPG, DTC, brand management, or operational roles.
  • Strong experience running Amazon operations (listings, ads, SEO, storefront management).
  • Proven ability to lead multi-step initiatives and coordinate across teams.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation: $2,500–$4,000 USD per month, based on experience.
  • Remote role with preference for candidates based in LATAM.
  • Monday–Friday full time working schedule.
