This is a structured, execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable making calls, following defined processes, and working inside digital systems. This is not a sales-heavy role and does not involve cold selling. The focus is on clear communication, follow-up, and helping families complete required information accurately. ℹ️ Responsibilities: 👉 Make outbound and inbound calls to parents and guardians 👉 Follow up via phone, SMS, and email 👉 Walk parents step-by-step through online enrollment portals 👉 Answer questions clearly and professionally 👉 Update contact records and notes consistently 👉 Follow scripts, workflows, and daily task expectations 👉 Communicate internally using collaboration tools ℹ️ Required Qualifications (Please Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These) 👉 Fluent Spanish (required) 👉 Strong English communication with a clear, neutral accent 👉 Prior experience in outreach, call center, customer support, or sales 👉 Experience working inside a CRM or similar system 👉 Strong computer and technical navigation skills 👉 Ability to follow structured processes and instructions 👉 Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET ℹ️ Work Requirements 👉 Stable high-speed internet 👉 Quiet, professional work environment 👉 Headset required 👉 Comfortable using tools such as Slack and Gmail ℹ️ Performance Expectations This role requires punctuality, organization, and consistent communication.
