Key Responsibilities: • Perform QuickBooks month-end reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. • Manage payment processing using Stripe and conduct bank transactions. • Review and handle RFPs and RFQs for potential investment opportunities. • Adapt to international time zones with a primary focus on East Coast hours. • Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish. Requirements: • Proficiency in Excel, including the use of INDEX-MATCH, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and pivot tables. • Nice to have: Experience with SQL or AWS, though not required.
