We are an audiovisual production company based in the U.S. looking for a reliable, proactive, and bilingual (Spanish/English) virtual assistant to support our sales outreach and administrative tasks. This is a long-term, part-time position. Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (4 hours/day) Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls using RingCentral (we provide login). Follow up with leads, clients, and prospects. Assist with email outreach, scheduling, and basic CRM updates. Help prepare simple documents, quotes, or proposals. Keep track of warm leads and maintain consistent follow-ups. Assist with research tasks (business contact lists, market info, etc.). Light customer service: answer calls and messages in a professional tone. Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Must speak fluent English and Spanish. Strong communication skills, professional on phone calls. Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support is preferred. Familiarity with tools like RingCentral, Google Workspace, CRM systems is a plus. Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
