We are a North American manufacturer with over 20 years of operating history, producing and selling a mature, well-established product line directly to end users. We are not a dealer or reseller — we design, manufacture, and sell our own products. We are hiring a full-time Bilingual Call Setter to support our sales team. (English/Spanish) This is a 40 hours per week role, with standard working hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, involving live outbound and inbound phone calls to qualify warm leads and book appointments for our sales managers. This role is not chat or email only — clear, confident phone communication is essential. Our sales process is direct-to-customer, and in many cases the sales cycle is relatively fast, allowing strong performers to see results quickly. The Call Setter role is intentionally entry-level, with minimal product knowledge required at the start. Success in this role is driven by consistency, professionalism on the phone, and the ability to stay positive, composed, and focused even on difficult days. Benefits include paid time off (5 paid vacation days and 2 paid personal days annually) Growth & Advancement Path This role is designed as a long-term career path within a stable, established company: • 0–3 months | Call Setter Entry-level role focused on calling, qualifying, and booking appointments with minimal product knowledge required. • 3–6 months | Senior Call Setter Increased responsibility with self-driven learning and deeper understanding of the product line, allowing for higher-level customer conversations. • 6 months – 1 year | Sales Representative High-performing Senior Call Setters who continue to demonstrate enthusiasm, emotional intelligence, maturity, and strong product knowledge may transition into a closing role. Formal training is provided, and in many cases candidates may be flown to Canada for hands-on product demonstrations. • 1 year+ | Senior Sales Representative Senior Sales Representatives have excellent product and application knowledge and consistently generate $50,000+ USD in monthly sales. Advancement is based on attitude, consistency, maturity, effort, and results, not tenure alone.
