• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Perform exploratory and predictive analyses to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources; manage ETL processes to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Support cluster-level data standardization, ensuring alignment across markets.
• Improve BI processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide training on BI tools and data usage.
• Who You Are
• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience, including 2–4 years working with databases.
• Strong skills in Power BI; desirable knowledge in SQL, Python, and AI.
• Intermediate–advanced English.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Preferably familiar with market research.
