  • Role Overview
  • We’re looking for a proactive and driven B2B Sales Coordinator to help us grow by identifying and initiating partnership opportunities that align with our tech support services. Based in LATAM and fluent in English, you’ll focus on discovering companies that could benefit from offering tech services to their customers — regardless of industry.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales and has a strong understanding of the U.S. B2B environment. You’ll work closely with the President to build a partnership pipeline and take ownership of the early-stage outreach and qualification process.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential B2B partners across a wide range of industries and sectors
  • Proactively conduct outbound outreach to U.S.-based companies via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and introduce Geeks On Site’s capabilities
  • Qualify prospects and coordinate intro meetings for senior leadership
  • Maintain and organize a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate internally to tailor messaging, support proposals, and follow up on partnership leads
  • Continuously look for creative ways to connect with potential partners and drive new conversations
  • Stay up to date with trends and business needs across sectors to spot partnership opportunities
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Proven track record of identifying, initiating, and qualifying B2B opportunities
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. business environment and how to navigate B2B conversations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native-level or near-native fluency required)
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and goal-oriented — able to take initiative without constant supervision
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple outreach efforts at once
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and productivity tools
  • Based in LATAM and able to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours

  • This is an independent services contractor position
  • You will be an international team member working remotely
  • Monthly payment is made via Payoneer
