We are committed to elevating travel & culinary experiences for all our customer's journeys, becoming the top choice in the region. 1) Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos establecidos para el manejo, almacenamiento de materias primas e insumos teniendo en cuenta los instructivos, registros, rótulos, tablas y demás documentos que soporten el procedimiento. 2) Cumplir con los procedimientos estipulados para la elaboración, marcación y almacenamiento de cada preparación 3) Realizar los montajes calientes y fríos según las especificaciones descritas en el manual del cliente (gramajes, presentación y calidad) 4) Entregar al Supervisor de turno, Inspector de Calidad o Jefe de Producción, los servicios para su revisión y liberación 5) Llevar los registros del área de producción que sean de su responsabilidad. 6) Preparar servicios fríos, calientes o lo que se indique en la orden de Produccion para clientes Institucionales y tripulación o pasajeros de los vuelos Nacionales e Internacionales 7) Recibir del almacén o del Supervisor la materia prima con sus especificaciones para el alistamiento.
