We tailor our approach to each client’s needs and prioritize pragmatic, profitability-minded solutions that are lean and data-driven. As operators with deep experience in the trenches, we roll up our sleeves with our clients, often driving execution and implementation.
  • We are based in Miami, FL, and we partner with clients and collaborators throughout the U.S. and internationally, providing a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment for those seeking impact and experience in the inner workings of start-ups and growth-stage businesses.
  • Overview of ClearEngine here.
  • Associate – Growth & Marketing
  • ClearEngine is seeking a Growth & Marketing Associate to support growth-related workstreams across client engagements. This role partners closely with ClearEngine Principals, senior team members, and external execution partners to help design, analyze, and support the execution of integrated growth strategies across performance marketing, brand, and lifecycle marketing channels.
  • This role is well-suited for someone who is analytically strong, execution-oriented, and eager to deepen their understanding of full-funnel growth in a client-facing, operator-led advisory environment. You will not be the sole owner of channels, but you will play a critical role in structuring growth plans, analyzing performance, and ensuring disciplined execution and measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Support client growth engagements, helping manage growth-related workstreams and ensuring alignment with overall project goals, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of integrated growth strategies, spanning acquisition, retention, and brand, grounded in unit economics and business objectives.
  • Assist in planning and structuring full-funnel marketing roadmaps, including channel mix, budget allocations, targets, and testing priorities.
  • Analyze marketing and customer performance data, including CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort behavior, and funnel metrics, to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Support performance marketing oversight, including campaign analysis, reporting, and coordination with agencies or execution partners.
  • Contribute to brand and campaign planning, helping translate strategy into clear briefs, calendars, and execution plans in collaboration with creative, product, or external teams.
  • Build and maintain growth dashboards and reporting, synthesizing channel performance, KPIs, and business impact for founders and executives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, product, and operations to ensure growth plans are aligned with broader business priorities.
  • Support execution and follow-through, tracking initiatives, timelines, and outcomes to ensure accountability and momentum across engagements.
  • Stay current on growth and marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Extreme drive that is contagious, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage up with a high degree of autonomy and self-reliance.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a consistent focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and engage in nitty-gritty executional tasks that come with working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
  • 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, analytics, consulting, or a high-growth startup environment; consumer experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies, including paid media, lifecycle/email, SEO, affiliates, content, and brand marketing.
  • Ability to blend creative thinking with data-driven insights, translating analysis into clear recommendations, campaigns, and execution plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing and customer data; experience with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, ad platforms, or BI tools.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise narratives and present insights effectively to internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and imperfect information, able to structure problems and move work forward with limited direction.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
