We are a fast-growing digital publishing company in the personal development niche, and we are looking for a reliable Assistant Media Buyer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to upload new Facebook ads every single day following our internal guidelines and structure. This is a long-term role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working inside Facebook Ads Manager. Responsibilities Upload new ad creatives daily to Facebook Ads Manager Properly structure ads into existing campaigns/ad sets Ensure correct placements, tracking, URLs, and naming conventions Double-check all ads for compliance before publishing Report daily ad upload status and communicate with our media buyer Update spreadsheets with ad details Assist with basic media buying tasks when needed (optional) Requirements Experience with Facebook Ads Manager Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently Availability 7 days a week for quick daily uploads (5–20 minutes of work/day) High attention to detail Good communication skills Stable internet connection Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Google Drive Preferred (Not mandatory) Prior experience assisting media buyers Understanding of FB ad policies Experience with direct response / personal development niches Why Work With Us?
