Title: Appointment Setter / Dispatcher (PST Hours) – Calm, Organized, Long-Term Role We are Vertex Appliance Repair LLC, a busy and fast-growing appliance repair company based in Los Angeles, CA. We are looking for a calm, reliable, and highly organized Appointment Setter / Dispatcher who can handle customer calls + texts, schedule appointments, and keep our daily operations running smoothly. This is a long-term, stable position for someone who enjoys routine work, structure, and consistency. ⸻ ⭐ Responsibilities Customer Communication • Answer incoming calls • Return missed calls • Handle SMS / WhatsApp / Yelp / Google messages • Speak with customers in a calm and professional way • Ask for model number, issue description, and address Appointment Scheduling • Offer two time windows only (we work in structured time blocks) • Book diagnostics and confirm appointments • Update the calendar and daily route • Send reminders and follow-ups Organization & Admin • Maintain clear notes for each job • Track status updates • Write short Google Business posts (1–2 sentences) • Keep all information organized and easy to follow ⸻ ⭐ Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: • enjoys routine, structure, and repetition • communicates calmly and professionally • is patient, grounded, and steady • does not rush or panic under pressure • asks questions when unsure (very important) • follows instructions and established scripts • works well independently • is available during PST daytime hours If you are someone who values predictable, organized work — you will be perfect here. ⸻ ⭐ Requirements • Strong spoken and written English • Comfortable making 10–20 calls per day • Experience in customer service / call center / appointment setting • Reliable internet connection • Ability to work 4–6 hours per day (PST) ⸻ ⭐ What This Job Is NOT • Not creative work • Not technical work • Not high-pressure sales • Not for people who need constant variety or change This role is best suited for someone who feels comfortable with steady, repetitive, structured tasks every day. ⸻ ⭐ Schedule & Pay • 4–6 hours per day • Monday–Friday • Must be available during PST daytime • Pay: $6–$9 USD per hour, depending on experience • Long-term position (6+ months) ⸻ ⭐ To Apply (REQUIRED) Please send: 1.
