We are a private label aftermarket auto parts company selling through Amazon US (FBA). We're a 10-year-old business undergoing a strategic turnaround, seeking an experienced Amazon operations professional to own our operations, inventory, and fulfillment operations. What You'll Do Inventory & Ordering Own inventory planning and forecasting for 70-100 active SKUs Place purchase orders with international suppliers Manage supplier relationships, RFQs, and shipment tracking Prevent stockouts and reduce aged inventory FBA & AWD Logistics Create and manage FBA inbound shipments Oversee AWD inventory and replenishment Resolve receiving discrepancies and optimize placement Amazon Account Management Handle Seller Support cases through resolution Resolve listing issues and policy violations Process reimbursement claims (lost/damaged inventory, fee errors) Monitor and maintain account health metrics Reporting Track operational KPIs (out-of-stock rate, aged inventory %, days on hand) Compare actual vs. forecasted sales at SKU level Provide weekly inventory updates to leadership Requirements Must Have: 3+ years Amazon Seller Central experience (FBA operations) Inventory planning and demand forecasting experience Strong track record with Seller Support case management Amazon reimbursement claims experience Excellent English (written and verbal) Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable remote worker Nice to Have: Auto parts or multi-SKU catalog experience Airtable familiarity Chinese supplier coordination experience BigQuery/Looker Studio knowledge
