• LegacyX Hiring is looking for an Amazon Associate Manager to support and scale Amazon storefronts through hands-on product research, supplier sourcing, and marketplace execution. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly trainable, and comfortable following structured processes, while taking ownership of their work.
• You’ll work closely with senior team members, receive training, and grow into increased responsibility over time.
• Responsibilities
• Conduct product research to identify viable Amazon product opportunities.
• Analyze market demand, competition, pricing, margins, and risk.
• Support product sourcing, including supplier research, comparisons, and documentation.
• Assist with Amazon listing setup and optimization (titles, bullets, keywords, backend data).
• Track and maintain accurate product, supplier, and cost data.
• Monitor product performance and flag issues or opportunities.
• Follow established SOPs and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal team members to support launches and ongoing optimization.
• Experience with product research and sourcing for Amazon or e-commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly trainable and coachable; able to apply feedback quickly.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and structured workflows.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Experience using Amazon research tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
• Prior experience supporting product launches or catalog management.
