I need someone ASAP experienced with Airtable to help me implement functionality similar to Excel’s COUNTIF but more advanced. Specifically: -I have a table with a column (for example, Email). -For each record, I want to compare its value with all other records in the same column. -The goal is to identify which records have the same value and count the number of matches. Additionally, I want the solution to list or link the matching records, so I can later take actions like deleting the oldest duplicates. -The solution can involve formulas, linked records, count fields, rollups, or Airtable automations/scripts — whatever is the most efficient and maintainable way to achieve this. Deliverables: -A working Airtable setup where each record is automatically linked to all other records with the same value. -A count of how many records match each one. -A way to easily see or access the matching records for later processing (e.g., deleting duplicates). -Loom video with Clear instructions on how the solution works so it can be maintained or adjusted in the future.
