We are building a fully automated **LLM SEO engine** powered by AI agents, Webflow CMS, GoHighLevel (GHL), Make.com/Zapier, structured data, and directory automation. We are looking for an **expert-level AI SEO & Automation Operations Manager** to run, maintain, and scale our automation systems. This is a **technical operations role**, not a traditional SEO or content writing job. You will oversee a suite of AI agents that generate content, monitor Reddit, build entities, publish updates, and manage our SEO footprint across the web. # 🎯 **Role Overview** You will manage: * AI agents for research, content, Reddit monitoring, directory sync, publishing, and analytics * Automations connecting Webflow, GHL, Make.com, APIs, and AI workflows * Entity-based SEO execution * Webflow/GHL publishing * Schema and structured data * Directory submissions and updates * Monitoring of indexing, errors, and LLM search visibility This role requires someone who is technical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable building and maintaining automation systems. This is a **long-term, ongoing position** with consistent weekly work. # 🔧 **Responsibilities** ### **AI Agent Operations** * Run and maintain AI agent workflows * Review and QA agent outputs (content, schema, directory listings, Reddit replies, etc.) * Ensure weekly SEO plans generated by the Manager Agent are executed correctly ### **Automation & Systems** * Build and maintain workflows in **Make.com** (or Zapier) * Connect APIs for Webflow, GoHighLevel, and other tools * Troubleshoot automation failures * Maintain bot workflows for directory submissions and entity consistency ### **SEO & Publishing** * Publish content into **Webflow CMS** and **GHL blogs** * Insert schema markup (JSON-LD) * Add internal linking and metadata * Maintain NAP/entity consistency across all platforms * Track indexing, errors, and content quality ### **Reddit/Community Monitoring** * Use AI agents to detect relevant conversations * Review AI-drafted replies before posting * Maintain natural, human-like engagement strategy ### **Analytics & Reporting** * Weekly visibility audits * Track mentions across ChatGPT, Bing, and Perplexity * Monitor Search Console & indexing * Provide insights and recommendations # 🧠 **Required Skills (Expert Level)** * **Make.com (Integromat)** – must be expert level * **Webflow CMS publishing + structure** * **GoHighLevel (GHL) automations** * **SEO fundamentals** (entities, schema, internal linking) * **Artificial Intelligence workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)** * Experience with **API-based automations** * Ability to **QA and correct** AI-generated outputs * Strong English and clear communication # ⭐ **Bonus Skills (Preferred)** * Experience with RAG or vector databases * JSON-LD structured data experience * Browser automation tools (Puppeteer, Playwright, Bardeen, UI.Vision) * Testing LLM visibility across ChatGPT/Perplexity/Bing * Creating SOPs for automated systems # 💼 **Ideal Candidate Is:** * Highly reliable * Extremely detail-oriented * Skilled at diagnosing issues fast * Comfortable working independently * Proactive with suggestions and optimization * Experienced in both technical automation AND SEO concepts * Long-term, steady work (20–30 hours/week) * Performance-based increases available # 📌 **To Apply, Please Answer These Questions (Required)** *Candidates who skip these WILL NOT be considered.* 1.
