  • You’ll be joining a high-performance creative team that moves fast and builds high-volume, high-impact assets. As the Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for designing a large volume of ads, primarily for Meta, that blend creative storytelling with performance-driven clarity.
  • This role requires not just technical editing expertise, but also a marketing mindset, knowing how to structure and cut content to maximize attention, engagement, and conversions.

What You’ll Do

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content tailored for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Transform raw footage into polished, high-performing ads optimized for scroll-stopping engagement.
  • Apply principles of storytelling, marketing, and persuasion to maximize audience impact.
  • Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and strategy teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
  • Stay on top of trends in social media, advertising, and editing styles to keep content fresh and competitive.
  • Deliver projects on time in multiple formats optimized for various platforms.
  • Must-Have Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in video editing, preferably for eCommerce or DTC brands
  • Proven track record of editing successful ads for paid media campaigns.
  • Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and persuasive editing techniques.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, conversions, hook & hold rates for retention measurement) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing ads and marketing-driven content is required.
