- We’re looking for an A-Player Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of systems, automation, and execution—someone who can architect complex solutions, manage technical delivery, and ensure everything functions seamlessly for our internal teams and clients.
- Role Overview
- As the Technical Project Manager, you will own the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects—primarily within GoHighLevel (GHL) and its surrounding ecosystem. This role is highly hands-on and requires deep technical understanding, strong systems thinking, and the ability to translate business goals into functional, scalable technical solutions.
- While client communication is minimal, you must be confident stepping into highly technical discussions with clients when necessary to diagnose problems or align on complex solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- GoHighLevel & Systems Architecture
- Serve as the GoHighLevel expert, owning CRM setup, custom builds, workflows, automation logic, and integrations.
- Design and manage end-to-end automations, including triggers, conditional logic, pipelines, and multi-step flows.
- Architect scalable client-specific systems that align with each client’s sales, marketing, and operational flow.
- Pipeline & Funnel Planning
- Conceptualize and build custom pipelines based on each client’s customer journey, sales process, and internal workflows.
- Ensure pipelines, automations, and reporting are logically aligned and cleanly structured.
- Landing Page Development (Execution-Focused)
- Build and manage landing pages inside GoHighLevel, working closely with designers (no design skills required).
- Ensure pages are technically optimized for form handling, automation triggers, and conversion tracking.
- Technical Project Management
- Plan, scope, and manage technical implementations from start to finish.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, ops) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across CRM, automations, tracking, and integrations.
- Client-Facing Technical Support (Limited but Critical)
- Join occasional Zoom calls or email threads with clients to resolve highly technical challenges.
- Clearly explain complex systems and solutions in a calm, professional, and structured manner.
- Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Deep hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (CRM setup, pipelines, workflows, automations, forms, funnels).
- Strong background in automation planning and logic (including edge cases and scaling).
- Ability to conceptualize and architect pipelines based on real-world client flows.
- Experience working with Zapier, especially connecting Zapier → GoHighLevel.
- Solid understanding of domain setup & DNS management.
- Comfortable managing technical projects independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong problem-solving skills and systems-level thinking.
- Wish List / Nice-to-Have (Still Important)
- Experience with Google Workspace (permissions, setup, integrations).
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Search Console.
- Experience debugging tracking, attribution, and event setups.
- Background working in agencies or fast-paced client environments.
